What data do we collect?
IT Solutions Architects collects the following data:
- When you are submitting the Contact/Request Form: name, email, company, company size, phone number, communication preferences, your request details.
- When you use our web page we collect: IP address, device type, browser type, session duration, page navigation.
How do we collect your data?
We collect and process data when you:
- Send us your inquiry through Contact/Request Form on our pages.
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
We will only use your data to:
- Provide you information about our services
- Process your inquiry and manage your account.
- Email you with special offers on other our products and services we think you might like.
- Deliver our services
When we processes your order, as part of our Know Your Customer process, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies.
