Goal

The aim of the project was to centralize all the information about each Customer/Account. The information scattered over multiple systems, different departments, like: finance, orders, sales, marketing, support. Having all the information in one place saves time for Sales Reps preparing for customer visits or building the account long term strategy. Number of integrations with external systems and data unification allowed us to create a dynamic dashboard visually representing tons of information collected about each customer. For example: revenue information, invoices and past dues, revenue recognition, sales pipeline and forecast figures, unresolved support cases with latest status and importance, aging installed assets or ending contract. All in one page, live data from multiple systems pulled on demand.
